Employee Recognition
Every aspect of each job at American Ambulance is important. Whether it is maintaining a vehicle, scheduling a transfer, dispatching an emergency, billing for the services provided or performing a life saving procedure, the whole system would fail if any one of these functions were not performed properly. This is why we at American Ambulance recognize each department and candidates for our recognition may be selected from any of the departments. We believe that we are a Team and it is a Team effort. There is no better way to show this than recognizing those who are Team players.

Field Training Officers
Field Training Officers (FTOs) are an integral part of the orientation process for new employees. The individuals appointed to the position of FTO are seasoned employees with excellent performance records. The FTOs hold skills relative to being good leaders and educators to ensure that new employees are properly trained to the policies and procedures of our company. FTOs are recognized through this site, our company party and by the rockers they wear on their uniforms.

Paramedic Preceptors are the individuals trained to Precept new Paramedics or newly hired Paramedics so that they may perform at the Paramedic level.
