As we reflect on the many changes that American Ambulance Service has experienced over the past 36 years, I wish to thank each and every member of the American Ambulance family for their extraordinary efforts in continuing to provide quality care to the patients we serve and moving the company forward.

I personally witness our team’s commitment, belief, and pursuit of cause, their spirit of dedication and sense of responsibility to moral duty and obligation through two fundamental emotions:

When an ambulance crew returns home, word spreads, and I see that our team has won the Seventh Game of the World Series and the Super Bowl all within the confines of one minute. I know in all probability, a life was saved, perhaps a cardiac victim.  On occasion there is a stunned silence permeating our facility at One American Way sometimes accompanied by tears. I know what that means too.  These two emotions tell a company story. A story about our people who live by their code, “Dedicated Professional People, Committed to Excellence, Caring for YOU.”

I express my heartfelt appreciation for your dedication. I congratulate your many successes and offer my most sincere best wishes, to all of you and your families as we celebrate our past accomplishments and look forward to the many challenges of the future.
